This key role is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing and growing existing accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leverage industry connections, and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  3. Account Management: Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to deliver projects, share knowledge, and ensure seamless communication.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • 0-1 Year Experience: Recent graduates or professionals with 0-1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Capability to Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously: Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to Work Independently as Well as Part of a Team: Self-motivated individual with excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
