Comprehensive Administrative Support Role

The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, providing comprehensive administrative support to maximize their productivity and effectiveness. This role demands integrity, discretion, initiative, and a deep understanding of executive-level priorities.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the calendar, including meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare schedules, meeting briefs, agendas, and presentations.
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and project timelines across departments.
  • Plan and manage domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Develop travel itineraries, cost plans, and budgets using Google Sheets.
  • Coordinate logistics for business and personal schedules (flights, hotels, transportation).
  • Prepare concise reports, meeting summaries, minutes, and action item lists.
  • Facilitate timely communication and follow-ups with internal and external parties.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for physical and digital documents.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.

Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in office software Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal skills, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and prioritization under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
