Job Description:

As a seasoned talent acquisition professional, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent to drive business growth. Your expertise will lie in crafting innovative recruitment strategies that meet the evolving needs of our organization.

Key responsibilities include investigating employee requirements, developing strategic hiring plans, and executing employer branding initiatives. You will also be tasked with cultivating brand ambassadors among employees and planning referral programs to enhance our talent pipeline.

Utilizing HRIS and Recruitment Marketing tools, you will source and identify qualified candidates for open positions. Additionally, you will perform analysis of hiring needs, provide forecasts, and design selection processes, including interviews and screening calls.

With a keen eye for detail, you will review employment applications and background check reports, identify bottlenecks in the recruiting process, and conduct candidate satisfaction evaluations.

Required skills and qualifications are outlined below:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a TA Manager or similar HR role
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
  • Familiarity with various selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological tests)
  • Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, sourcing, and recruitment marketing tools
  • Ability to motivate employees
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills
  • MA in human resources, business administration, or a similar relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources law
