About the Job

The Specialist Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, from requisition to onboarding, while ensuring a strong talent pipeline, smooth candidate experience, and alignment with organisational needs and policies.

Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with HRBPs and line managers to understand requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.
  • Ensure accurate use of the ATS/DECIBEL for requisitions, postings, and tracking.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and provide market intelligence on hiring trends.
  • Maintain dashboards and recruitment KPIs for reporting and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies, compensation frameworks, and approval processes.
  • Support the governance model by monitoring recruitment SLAs, compliance checks, and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR experience in an engineering setup.
  • Strong experience with ATS/HR systems (DECIBEL)
  • Proficiency in SAP HCM (Human Capital Management).
  • Strong exposure to corporate environments in engineering, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management and candidate engagement
  • Familiarity with employer branding, market mapping, and recruitment analytics
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Education
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
