Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support while effectively coordinating the dispatching of a fleet of trucks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule truck routes based on customer orders, delivery deadlines, and driver availability to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support throughout the delivery process.
  • Monitor the progress of shipments and address any issues or delays proactively to minimize disruptions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or dispatching, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, drivers, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including dispatching software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed, including evenings and weekends.
