Job Title: Fleet Logistics Coordinator

We are actively seeking an experienced fleet logistics coordinator for a dynamic trucking operation. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 months of experience in the US trucking and dispatching industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Negotiating rates with brokers to secure loads.
  2. Assigning loads to carriers.
  3. Monitoring the progress of units/trucks until the delivery is completed.
  4. Managing inbound and outbound calls, facilitating communication between carriers and brokers.
  5. Submitting invoices and maintaining meticulous records.
Requirements:
  • Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • The candidate must demonstrate a high level of fluency in English with the capacity to express ideas, thoughts, and information clearly and coherently in both written and spoken forms.
Fleet Operations Management

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating fleet operations from dispatch to delivery. This includes negotiating rates with brokers, assigning loads to carriers, and monitoring the progress of units/trucks until delivery is completed.

A strong understanding of transportation management systems (TMS) and freight audit and payment (FAP) processes is required. The ability to analyze data and make informed decisions quickly is essential.
