Job Role

The Onboarding Specialist role leads employee onboarding, reporting to the Sales Manager.

Deliver training content to employees, conduct informative sessions, and help new team members navigate schedules.

  • Deliver training to entry-level staff
  • Support multiple classes of new team members throughout their ramp period
  • Coach new team members on sales strategy and process adherence
  • Conduct exercises enhancing the learning process
  • Create Enablement content, including slide decks, videos, eLearning experiences, email templates, talking points/scripts, role plays, facilitator guides, and sales playbooks
  • Schedule training sessions
  • Align requests with the Sales Manager on launching initiatives

Key responsibilities include developing content and facilitating training across a multi-site organization.

2+ years of progressive responsibility in Enablement, Learning & Development or Training roles in a high growth, B2B, SaaS organization is required.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Bachelor's Degree in related fields is preferred.

A solid knowledge of corporate training techniques is necessary.

Excellent time management and organizational skills are required.

Ability to build relationships and promote a work environment focused on development and coaching is key.
