
Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to drive strategic initiatives and develop renewals and expansion strategies for existing and new customers.
This is a high-touch position that requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate will be driven, well-organized, share a passion for technology and a love for working in a dynamic environment.
The right individual will play a key role in driving customer success by developing strategic account plans and executing them across IT and business units.
Maintain a high level of productivity and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure high renewal rates across the customer base by proactively assessing customer needs.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional users and services.
Manage existing accounts and maintain relationships with decision makers at executive and management levels.
Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle to meet account performance objectives.
Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- 3-5+ years of customer success/sales/account management relevant experience.
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Passionate about building customer relationships.
- Experience driving adoption of SaaS-based solutions a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
