Job Title: Assistant Account Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Account Manager with a Master's degree in Accounting & Finance (M. Com) and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Salary is negotiable based on competency.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Accounts Administration
  • Bookkeeping basics (e.g., recording transactions, maintaining ledgers)
  • Invoice processing and tracking
  • Filing and document management (digital and physical)
  • Maintaining compliance with company finance policies
  • Reconciling accounts and assisting in audits
Accounts Payments Handling
  • Processing payments
  • Vendor/supplier management and timely payment processing
  • Tracking due payments, outstanding balances, and aged receivables/payables
  • Handling petty cash and expense claims
Key Account Management
  • Assisting in managing strategic client accounts
  • Preparing client reports, order updates, and service delivery summaries
