Account Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned professional, you will lead and manage a cluster of accounts across multiple zones, ensuring the achievement of commercial and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your primary objective will be to drive results across various KPIs, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a cluster of accounts, promoting commercial growth and operational efficiency.
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing clients, identifying areas for improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, such as quarterly results and annual forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the team to execute identified opportunities within the cluster of accounts.
  • Manage and mentor a team, ensuring proper support, guidance, and development to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to drive results across multiple KPIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
