We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role requires the ability to prospect, qualify and generate sales leads through telephone and email outreach.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop new business opportunities via phone and email to introduce the client's solution/services and identify potential buyers within targeted companies.
  2. Follow up on leads to obtain referrals and identify potential prospects.
  3. Conduct needs analysis and determine prospects' pain points to determine how the client's solution/services will address their needs.
  4. Document all actions and emails through notes in the provided CRM system.
  5. Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up interactions to move opportunities through to the client's sales funnel.
