Job Title: AI Innovation Specialist

As an AI Innovation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and deployment of cutting-edge machine learning models that enhance business operations and drive growth. Your expertise in model lifecycle management, from data preprocessing to training, evaluation, and deployment using scalable frameworks, will be crucial in delivering innovative software solutions for leading enterprises.

  • Develop and deploy in-house machine learning models for business-critical applications.
  • Design scalable, production-ready AI workflows using Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI functions, and AutoGPT.
  • Customize and deploy GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Mistral, and other foundation models to solve industry-specific challenges.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing GenAI-powered applications and AI agents, with strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API). Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB) and knowledge retrieval techniques is also desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing responsible AI solutions by addressing bias, explainability, and security concerns.
  • Implementing reinforcement learning, agentic workflows, and action-planning techniques to enhance AI autonomy.
  • Optimizing and deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ensuring efficiency in a microservices-based architecture.
