Senior AI Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI-based systems that can automate and optimize business processes.

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and developers, defining the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI projects.
  • Attend client interviews and provide expert advice and solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solution designs, identifying the most suitable AI algorithms, models, and frameworks for each project.
  • Lead the development and implementation of AI solutions, ensuring high-quality code, scalability, and reliability, taking ownership of the technical architecture, code review processes, and deployment strategies.
  • Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to ensure proper data collection, storage, and preprocessing for AI projects, adhering to data privacy and security standards.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize AI models and algorithms for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and guidelines for AI development, conducting knowledge sharing sessions and mentoring junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies, tools, and frameworks, identifying opportunities for innovation and research to improve existing AI capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of functional design principles, object-oriented programming principles, and basic algorithms.
  • Ability to work on dynamic, research-oriented teams with concurrent projects.
  • At least 2 years of experience in formulating and strategizing AI solutions and data modeling.
  • Advanced experience in pattern recognition and predictive modeling.
  • Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep learning for Natural Language Processing & Computer Vision, and hands-on experience with Open AI and HuggingFace Models in Python.
  • Extensive knowledge of AI frameworks, libraries, data structures, data training, data modeling, and model deployment architecture.
  • Expertise in REST API development.
  • Implementation of MLOps best practices for model management, monitoring, and deployment.
  • Familiarity with Cloud services.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
  • Programming experience in one or more of the following languages, such as Python and R.
