Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Commercial Planning Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of BVS operations, from initial diagnosis to warranty management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve issues with BVS devices in a timely manner, using advanced troubleshooting techniques.
  • Monitor and track warranty claims to prevent delays and ensure accurate documentation, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage recurring parts inventory to maintain optimal stock levels, minimizing waste and ensuring just-in-time delivery.
  • Regularly update R&R portal status to reflect current device information, using real-time data analytics.
  • Compile and analyze device performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing strategic decisions.
  • Evaluate technical aspects of devices and recommend improvements for future development, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Handle expired SLA devices by submitting them to warehouse for proper storage and maintenance, maintaining high standards of quality control.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth R&R operations, optimizing device performance and reducing downtime.
  • Support colleagues in resolving BVS-related issues through calls and video conferencing, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • Manage BVS packing and dispatching processes to ensure timely delivery, meeting customer expectations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with HQ to resolve software issues affecting BVS operations, leveraging expertise and knowledge-sharing.
  • Create R&R login accounts for new employees and relocate existing staff members, streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity.
  • Oversee movement of R&R devices between locations, ensuring efficient logistics and minimizing transportation costs.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or a related major.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in commercial planning and operations.
  • Proven track record of success in managing complex projects and delivering results under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
