Job Title:
Hiring Manager for HR Operations

This is a full-time position involving the management of daily HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, attendance tracking, leave tracking, and maintaining up-to-date HR records.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all facets of daily HR operations to ensure seamless support to employees.
  2. Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance and leave data, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
  3. Address employee queries related to company policies, benefits, and internal procedures while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  4. Assist in drafting and updating HR policies to align with organizational goals and legal compliance.
  5. Organize internal events, employee engagement activities, and culture-building initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  6. Ensure that all HR practices comply with labor laws and internal standards.
  7. Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes: from crafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
  8. Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports to streamline hiring efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
