Job Title: Assistant Manager HR (Recruitment & Selection – Retail)
Location: Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time
Qualification: Graduate (4 years) from an HEC-recognized university, preferably with majors in HR OR an equivalent degree in HRM
Experience: 3 to 4 years in recruitment & selection, with proven exposure to retail staffing
Skills:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong interviewing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience working with HRIS systems
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities:
- Source & hire retail staff for company outlets in coordination with the sales management team
- Ensure KPIs such as average time per hire, fill rate, & quality of hire are achieved
- Monitor & report on staffing levels to avoid under/over-staffing
- Support recruitment campaigns & ensure systematic monitoring of HR planning
- Maintain compliance with organizational HR policies & procedures
