About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Operations & HR Manager to oversee both our business operations and human resources functions. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring efficiency across daily operations while fostering a strong, engaged, and high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily business operations and ensure processes run smoothly.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
  • Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for leadership.
  • Identify operational risks and provide solutions to prevent disruptions.
  • Collaborate with different teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Human Resources Management

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations, provide guidance, and resolve workplace issues.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and best practices aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct performance management, appraisals, and training programs.
  • Drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in both operations management and HR leadership.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and operations best practices.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, HR/Project Management software).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
