About the Role
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Operations & HR Manager to oversee both our business operations and human resources functions. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring efficiency across daily operations while fostering a strong, engaged, and high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure processes run smoothly.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
- Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for leadership.
- Identify operational risks and provide solutions to prevent disruptions.
- Collaborate with different teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Human Resources Management
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, provide guidance, and resolve workplace issues.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies and best practices aligned with company goals.
- Conduct performance management, appraisals, and training programs.
- Drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Proven experience in both operations management and HR leadership.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and operations best practices.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, HR/Project Management software).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
