Agile Project Lead

Gaditek seeks a seasoned Agile Project Lead to oversee multiple projects, ensuring exceptional business value delivery to users.

The incumbent must be a team player, capable of handling different roles at the enterprise and team level.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Scope Definition: Define project scope to ensure regular and timely delivery of value.
  2. Progress Reporting: Prepare progress reports for stakeholders and present them accordingly.
  3. Team Consultancy: Provide consultancy to teams and remove roadblocks from their processes while holding them accountable for commitments.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead multiple agile teams for managing and executing multiple projects.
  5. Efficiency Maximization: Delegate appropriate people, processes, and tools to maximize teams' efficiency and productivity.
  6. Project Management Process: Define, manage, and lead well-defined project management processes.
  7. Team Empowerment: Empower the team by ensuring each member utilizes their skills and efforts effectively.
  8. Customer Expectation Management: Assist Product Owner in managing customers' expectations.
  9. Capacity Improvement: Improve project work capacity by mentoring and developing team members.
Job Specification:
  1. Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Capability to lead multiple teams and utilize interpersonal skills like mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
  2. Analytical and Organizational Skills: Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
  3. Business Acumen: In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain customer trust and confidence.
  4. Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead software development projects and collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders for successful execution.
  5. Commitment Delivery: Ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are delivered as per prior commitments.
  6. Agile Project Management Tools: Proficiency in using Agile Project Management tools such as Jira/Assembla.
  7. Microsoft Office Tools: Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office Tools.
  8. OKR Methodology: Familiar with OKR methodology.
  9. Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level.
  10. Creative Problem-Solving: Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to lead the team with a solution-oriented approach.
