Human Resources Leader Opportunity
Job Description:The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of HR services, focusing on performance and quality standards for team members. Key objectives include setting and monitoring performance standards, leading and motivating team members to achieve organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies for all HR matters, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and best employment practices.
- Manage and develop learning and development opportunities across the organisation, fostering a culture of growth and improvement.
- Contribute to policy development, researching and initiating new procedures and systems to meet organisational objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management on remuneration systems, advising on best practices and system implementation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Diplomatic and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle complex situations effectively.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
- The ability to work autonomously and flexibly under pressure, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Proven numerical and budgeting skills, with experience in managing budgets and resources.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, email, and the Internet, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- A passion for career development and training, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
