Financial Planning Leadership Opportunity

This role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead the financial planning and analysis function, driving strategic growth and profitability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and execute comprehensive financial strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead the development of budgets, forecasts, and scenario modeling processes, ensuring standardized practices across departments and locations.
  • Align volume, pricing, and cost assumptions with operational and commercial strategies, providing real-time insights into performance against targets.
  • Oversee standard costing processes and variance analysis for production activities, collaborating with finance leaders and other departments to gather financial data.
  • Provide strategic financial analysis to support company initiatives, expansion, investments, and mergers and acquisitions, assessing IRR, NPV, and payback periods.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, and decision-making, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards.
  • Present financial performance, trends, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership teams and boards of directors, managing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and systems, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP).
  • Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Deep understanding of international financial accounting principles, practices, and reporting requirements.
  • Significant experience in presenting financial information and strategic insights to executive-level audiences.
  • Advanced skills in enterprise resource planning systems.
