  • We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data and advising senior management on strategic initiatives to drive business growth.">
  • You will lead the finance department in providing a full range of tax services, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.">
  • Maintain the financial health of the organization by analyzing costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and actual performance compared to business plans.">
  • Develop trends and projections for the firm's finances, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.">
  • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.">
  • Oversee the operations of the finance department, setting goals and objectives, and designing frameworks to achieve them.">
  • Supervise the preparation of Financial Statements as per IFS and local laws, ensuring timely submission.">
  • Liaison with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.">
  • Manage the Receivable and Payable functions, including payroll and benefits processing.">
  • Provide training and development opportunities to junior team members.">
