
Operations and Customer Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Operations and Customer Service Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and operations management.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth execution of moves. You will collaborate with colleagues and contractors to achieve high customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this position, you will need excellent English language skills, both written and spoken. You should also possess good listening skills to effectively communicate with customers who may have Scottish accents.
You will be responsible for providing price quotations, which requires methodical analytical skills, common sense, and judgement. Operations management demands attention to detail, so you must carefully log jobs and allocate resources accordingly.
Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate and timely price quotations.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contractors to ensure smooth move execution.
- Maintain accurate records and logs.
- Degree level education preferred (but not essential).
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday, 9am-6pm (UK time), with a 30-minute lunch break.
