Human Resources Specialist

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process of new hires. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed.

You will also handle employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination, as well as assist in performance management processes and employee engagement activities.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations, and support training and development initiatives for staff members.

If you have a strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and compliance, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, this may be the ideal role for you.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, and at least 2-3 years of experience in an HR role.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
