Lead Hiring Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Hiring Leader to spearhead and optimize our hiring process for a Lahore-based role. This position requires an individual with strong leadership qualities, recruitment expertise, and strategic thinking to attract and retain top talent while ensuring seamless hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
  • Lead and mentor the recruitment team to enhance performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing requirements and drive informed decision-making
  • Oversee job postings, interviews, and candidate selection processes to ensure effective talent acquisition
  • Enhance employer branding and streamline hiring processes to improve overall effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies to mitigate risk
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including recruitment agencies and job portals
  • Conduct training sessions for HR staff on best practices in recruitment and talent management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience (healthcare/BPO preferred) with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in ATS and HR software to streamline recruitment processes
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of adaptability
