Expert Channel Development Role Summary

This is a senior role that focuses on the digitalization of sales processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in channel management, business development, and sales within the telecommunications or IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the transformation of sales processes through the integration of CRM, AI-driven insights, and automated reporting.
  • Develop and implement a Sales Excellence Program to enhance team performance.
  • Create a Virtual Sales Hub for real-time customer insights, best practices, and playbooks.
  • Establish governance frameworks to align partners and direct sales teams with market penetration strategies.
  • Design and manage a continuous learning program focused on cloud solutions, enterprise networking, AI-driven sales techniques, and customer success methodologies.
  • Collaborate with solution architects to conduct technical deep-dives for sales teams to improve their consultative selling approach.
  • Implement virtual sales simulations and case-based learning modules to enhance negotiation skills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree (MBA) is preferred but not necessary.
  • 5+ years of experience in Channel Management, Business Development, Sales, or Partner Management within the Telecommunications or IT industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing B2B channel partners, distributors, resellers, and indirect sales channels.
  • Experience in enterprise sales, solution selling, or business growth strategies.
