Learning and Development Position

We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to join our team.

  • This role will focus on developing engaging training content for various work-groups.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design specifications, storyboards, and simulations.
  • Coordinate informal and formal reviews.
  • Regularly report on project status and identify potential problems.
  • Research new technologies to improve content development processes.
  • Manage moderately complex projects.
  • Develop and implement training calendars and facilitate training as needed.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in content development, dashboard creation, and e-learning modules.
  • Excellent skills in PowerPoint presentations.
  • 1 year of experience in administering learning management systems and creating surveys and online tests.
