About the Role

We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Onboarding Coach.

As a key member of our onboarding program, you will be responsible for delivering training content and facilitating informative sessions to help new team members develop their skills and knowledge.

You will work closely with our Sales Onboarding Program Manager to launch new initiatives and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all employees.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging training content that meets the needs of our diverse team members.
  • Facilitate interactive training sessions that promote learning and retention.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create customized training programs that address specific business needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of training participation and performance data.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to employees to support their career growth and development.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a training and development role, preferably in a sales or customer-facing environment.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs that result in improved employee performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
