Job Description

The Training Development Specialist is responsible for delivering quality training solutions to meet customer needs.

  • During the tender phase:
    • Identify customer training requirements and develop a tailored approach
      - Develop a draft training plan for bids
      • Manage interfaces with customers and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of training services
        - Prepare and verify all necessary documentation
        • Organize and deliver high-quality training sessions, ensuring trainers, venues, travel arrangements, and materials are in place
        • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive training content

Interfaces with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Delivery: Manage the execution of training programs, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Training Development: Create engaging and informative training materials, collaborating with subject matter experts and design teams.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and developing targeted training solutions.
Requirements
  • Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field
  • Desirable: Master's degree or relevant certification
