IT Knowledge Management Expert

The role of IT Knowledge Management Expert involves leading the development of an organization's knowledge management strategy and providing expert guidance on enterprise architecture within Microsoft 365 suite.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a knowledge management strategy using Microsoft 365 tools
  • Create and maintain policies, procedures, and systems for effective knowledge sharing and information governance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align knowledge management and security practices with business objectives
  • Provide expert-level guidance on enterprise architecture and governance within M365
  • Develop and manage a roadmap for Microsoft 365 apps with a focus on innovation, privacy, and security
  • Configure and implement M365-based solutions tailored to business needs while ensuring compliance with internal IT standards
  • Manage RFQs/RFPs, lead vendor selection, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Draft briefing notes, reports, and action plans for senior leadership
  • Develop training materials, conduct sessions, and support knowledge transfer across departments
  • Collaborate with external vendors and manage related contracts and project deliverables

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field
  • Proficient in ERP LMS CRM
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT knowledge management or a related discipline, with a strong emphasis on privacy and security
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Forms, Flow, Power BI, Power Platform, Dynamics)
  • Microsoft certification(s) preferred
  • Experience working in a cloud-based IT environment
  • Familiarity with modern security frameworks, data protection practices, and compliance standards
