IT & Network Specialist Job Summary

This role requires an expert in IT knowledge management to lead the development of a strategy and provide guidance on enterprise architecture within Microsoft 365.

The successful candidate will have experience in privacy, compliance, and cloud infrastructure, as well as expertise in delivering training and presenting technical concepts to non-technical users.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in designing and implementing organization-wide knowledge management strategies using Microsoft 365 tools and have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a business-oriented mindset.

This is a leadership position that requires collaboration across teams and influence without authority.

The right candidate will be experienced in managing small to medium-sized IT projects and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining policies, procedures, and systems for effective knowledge sharing and information governance.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align knowledge management and security practices with business objectives.

This role is ideal for a professional with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field and 2-4 years of experience in IT knowledge management or a related discipline.

Microsoft certification(s) are preferred, but not required.

Work timings for this role are from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, and work mode is on-site.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT knowledge management or a related discipline
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Forms, Flow, Power BI, Power Platform, Dynamics)
  • Microsoft certification(s) preferred
  • Experience working in a cloud-based IT environment
  • Familiarity with modern security frameworks, data protection practices, and compliance standards
