Job Title: Senior Business Performance Lead

The purpose of this role is to lead in-depth business performance analysis, uncover key insights and support strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will drive the OKR process, collaborate with business heads, track progress and report on execution of key initiatives.

This role requires a strong leader who can manage the entire data analysis lifecycle, from problem formulation to stakeholder-ready presentations. A proven expertise in SQL and experience designing scalable queries is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business performance analysis and uncover key insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Drive the OKR process for the country, setting and tracking progress
  • Collaborate with business and functional heads to review performance and co-create solutions
  • Track and report on execution of key initiatives
  • Manage and support high-priority matters for the MD office
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in a strategic or central function
  • Bachelor's degree (minimum) or Master's degree (preferred) in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science or Management Science
  • Proven expertise in SQL and experience designing scalable queries
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage the data analysis lifecycle
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to distill complex data into clear insights
  • Ability to craft compelling business cases supported by data
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with cloud-based platforms such as BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform
  • Proficiency in Python for reproducible data analysis
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics workflows
  • Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git
  • Experience in data engineering, including building and maintaining data pipelines using tools such as Airflow
