Content Team Role
The Content team creates high-quality interview questions to assess engineering talent globally. They work in various technical domains, producing new interview questions on a weekly basis and are responsible for writing, testing, publishing, and monitoring all content.
Key Responsibilities
You will develop high-quality technical interview questions to update the technical content library for modern AI-enabled engineering workflows across engineering role types. You will also uphold interview content standards through peer reviews, mentorship, and feedback integration.
  • Use your engineering knowledge to produce complex interview content, including extensive codebases and objective design exercises.
  • Partner with Content Designers in developing new content formats which enable candidates to leverage generative AI during interviews.
  • Create new technical interview questions in various subject domains, leveraging modern technology, including generative AI.
  • Mentor more junior Content Development Engineers through peer reviews of content developments, ensuring consistent content standards.
  • Integrate feedback and iterate on content based on performance data and feedback from the Content Corrections team.
Requirements
Required:
  • 4+ years of post-academic experience as a software engineer, with demonstrated ability to program in a common programming language.
  • Professional working experience using agentic AI solutions for software development.
  • Experience working remotely with global teams.
  • Fluent, concise English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience operating independently with high-output and strict deadlines.
