To drive this transformation, we need a skilled High-Quality Content Developer who will create engaging technical interview questions for our content library. As part of our team, you'll develop high-quality content that accurately assesses candidates' skills in modern AI-enabled engineering workflows.

  • You'll leverage your technical expertise to craft complex interview content, including codebases and objective design exercises, that showcase a candidate's abilities.
  • You'll collaborate with our content designers to innovate new formats that allow candidates to utilize generative AI during interviews.
Main Responsibilities

Mentor junior developers through peer reviews, ensuring consistency across all content developed.

Integrate feedback and iterate on content based on performance data and input from our content corrections team.

Requirements

A minimum of 4 years of post-academic experience as a software engineer, demonstrating proficiency in a common programming language.

Professional experience using Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or other agentic AI solutions for software development is highly valued.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
