South Asia Affiliate & Community Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing affiliate relationships, developing and implementing promotional campaigns, and building a strong community across various platforms.

  • KOL Management: Proactively reach out to KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders/Influencers/YouTubers) to expand our affiliate network
  • Handle negotiations, onboarding processes, and any necessary paperwork to ensure smooth integration of new affiliates
  • Maintain consistent and effective communication with affiliates to build strong relationships
  • Analyze affiliate performance data and provide actionable recommendations to enhance their effectiveness
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns with a strong focus on maximizing ROI
  • Build reports using internal data to track and optimize the overall performance of the affiliate channel
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging KOLs to stay ahead in the market
Community Engagement
  • Actively engage with the South Asian community across various platforms (Telegram, forums, chat groups, etc.) to foster an interactive environment and assist community members with their inquiries
  • Plan and execute community events, both online and offline, such as meetups, events, workshops, webinars, and AMA sessions
  • Gather and analyze community feedback to provide actionable insights to internal teams, helping to shape product development and marketing strategies
  • Track and report on community growth, engagement, and sentiment, using analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for improvement

To excel in this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience in managing affiliate and/or community programs, preferably in the fintech space, ideally in the crypto space. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
