Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to drive the growth and success of our global team.

DigitalTolk's mission is to make a positive impact by giving a voice to those who don't speak the local language. Our platform connects customers with qualified interpreters, enabling patients to receive medical treatment and communicate with healthcare providers in their new country, as well as assisting crime victims in obtaining justice.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and enhance workflows within your team to ensure efficient delivery and high-quality results.
  2. Lead and develop our engineering team, fostering a collaborative and engaging work environment that promotes growth and excellence.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and achieve strategic goals.
  4. Identify and resolve issues proactively, ensuring seamless onboarding and training for new team members.
  5. Mentor and coach team members to help them reach their full potential and excel in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in software development and leadership roles, including at least 4 years as a developer and 2 years as an Engineering Manager responsible for system design and implementation.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing teams, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
