- Recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teachers who drive academic excellence in the school.

- Implementing effective teacher recruitment processes to ensure quality candidates are hired.
- Developing a comprehensive school improvement plan based on needs analysis and ensuring its successful implementation.
- Maintaining high classroom standards through lesson planners and regular observations.
- Enhancing teacher quality through workshops and constructive feedback.
- Monitoring student progress by reviewing assignments and test papers as per policy requirements.
- Organizing, managing, and monitoring co-curricular activities, timetables, assemblies, displays, libraries, and laboratories.
- Providing ongoing training and development opportunities for faculty members within the school.
- Ensuring transparent and timely conduct of term tests and examinations.

- Establishing strong relationships with the local community and promoting education for both boys and girls, encouraging them to enroll in TCF schools.
- Maintaining an optimal student enrollment level within the school through effective enrollment strategies.
- Streamlining teacher outreach efforts and maintaining an up-to-date CV bank at all times.
- Collaborating with regional HR teams for staff hiring, performance management, and other HR-related matters.
- Maintaining discipline and promoting positive character building among students and staff.
- Effectively managing staff leaves and attendance to minimize empty classrooms.
- Supervising administrative assistants in accounting and other duties.
- Managing school accounts accurately and ensuring they remain up-to-date.
- Overseeing the maintenance of school buildings and premises.
- Carefully managing utility services to meet deadlines.
- Understanding and implementing TCF policies relevant to school activities.
- Timely submitting reports and documents.
