- Maintain high standards for product preparation, adhering to recipes and ensuring consistent quality.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency during shifts.
- Reconcile cash and register records at the end of each shift, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with coworkers and management to address issues and implement improvements, driving quality and service excellence.
- Coach and train baristas on skills and knowledge, empowering them to succeed in their roles.
- Contribute to a positive work environment, fostering open communication and a culture of continuous learning.
- Demonstrate excellent guest service skills, possessing a positive and caring attitude.
