We are seeking a professional to excel in Customer Experience (CX) with a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate and timely product and service information, processing orders, and resolving inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Foster a positive experience by following up on customer requests and striving for First Contact Resolution (FCR).
  • Escalate unresolved issues or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

This role requires a savvy communicator and someone adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
