Talent Acquisition Manager

As a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will oversee the entire hiring process. You will collaborate with relevant departments to understand recruitment needs and manage end-to-end recruitment.

  • You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including job advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Implement effective recruitment strategies for bulk hiring, ensuring seamless integration of new talent into the organization.
  • Develop relationships with university career offices to establish candidate pipelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute recruitment activities, aligning with business objectives.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements and preferences.
  • Coordinate with regional HR teams to schedule interviews according to headcount needs.

This is an individual contributor role focused on high-volume sales hiring, reporting directly to an HR Business Partner.

Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent practical experience in human resources or a related field.
  • A strong passion for recruitment, with 3-5 years of experience preferably in real estate, construction, or banking.
  • Experience in bulk or high-volume hiring is highly valued.
  • A proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
