We are hiring a smart, proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Lahore and support recruitment for our international client, a fast-growing logistics company based in Romania.

Your core responsibility will be managing and converting marketing-qualified leads for truck drivers, primarily from Romania and surrounding EU regions. You'll be expected to run high-volume outreach via calls and messages, conduct screening interviews, and manage end-to-end recruitment—from first contact to final onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and qualify incoming driver leads generated by our marketing team
  • Maintain an up-to-date and organized database of current and potential drivers
  • Conduct screening interviews via phone and messaging apps (WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Coordinate with WSD Capacity's operations team to schedule interviews and finalize onboarding
  • Track recruitment progress and report weekly updates
  • Ensure all candidate data is properly logged and handled with discretion
  • Assist in local hiring needs and recruitment operations when needed

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably blue-collar or logistics hiring
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in making calls a day and managing follow-ups
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish or Romanian is a major advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, databases, or Excel trackers
  • Self-driven and reliable—able to manage time and responsibilities independently
