Social Media Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced, proactive and self-motivated individual to join our team in a challenging role that requires creative vision and effective execution. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms.

The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of graphic editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) or mobile apps to edit graphic content, as well as experience using social media management/scheduling and reporting tools such as AgoraPulse, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and more.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, number of followers, and drive business goals such as leads and sales.
  • Create, edit, schedule, publish, and share relevant quality content across various platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to achieve the desired outcomes.
  • Analyze relevant social metrics, provide insights, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns across social platforms.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in managing organic and paid social media campaigns, either in-house or within an agency setting.
  • Experience in running lead generation campaigns through paid social advertising.
  • Strong knowledge and confident use of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and willingness to stay up to date with the latest developments and changes within the social media landscape.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Strong client management skills to manage client expectations.
