- Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify based on customer needs.
- Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving Skills: Customer-first mindset.
- Data Analysis: Provide actionable insights for better engagement.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Experience in handling customer inquiries.
- Customer Service Experience: Account management or customer success/support roles preferred.
