We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Ambassador. This ideal role is perfect for highly motivated individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional support and ensuring a positive overall customer experience.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for resolving issues efficiently, and providing timely and professional communication via phone and email. You will maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and support requests in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools for future reference and reporting
- Collaborate with internal departments to address client needs and improve service delivery
- Share feedback and insights on recurring issues or customer trends to support process improvements
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
- 1.5 to 2 years of experience in a customer support or client services role preferred
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English, with a professional and empathetic tone
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the confidence to manage challenging situations
- Able to multitask and handle multiple client issues simultaneously
