Territory Development Manager

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals within a designated geographic area. You will work closely with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, and develop targeted solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and retailer engagement.
- Channel Management: Strengthen the distribution channel through effective relationship management.
- Ensure proper stock levels, order processing, and timely deliveries.
- Train and motivate distributor sales teams to improve field execution.
Requirements
To succeed as a Territory Manager, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in retail/distribution sales, preferably in construction materials, paints, tiles, sanitary and cement.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in English and local language(s).
