Responsibilities

">

As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you will provide high-level technical support via Gorgias CRM (email, chat, and troubleshooting). You will also analyze data and offer insights for customer experience improvements.

  • Analyze data and offer insights for customer experience improvements.
  • Own ticket resolution end-to-end with accountability and urgency.
  • Track backlogs and ensure all customer queries are resolved promptly.
  • Deliver clear, quality-based communication that supports customer success.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1+ year of experience in technical support or troubleshooting roles.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating CRMs like Gorgias.
  • Highly motivated, intellectually curious, and resourceful.
  • Experience in E-Commerce or SaaS support is a strong plus.

  • A minimum internet speed of 20 Mbps (wired connection preferred).
  • Your own laptop or desktop with at least Intel i5 processor (or equivalent).
  • A minimum of 8GB RAM.
  • A reliable power supply and quiet workspace.
