Project Manager Position

The Job in Brief:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects globally, serving as a bridge between internal teams and clients, and providing effective coordination and communication among all project stakeholders.

This is a key role in ensuring the success of our online banking solutions, and the right candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

  • 5-8 years of experience
  • Demonstrated experience in the financial sector
  • Experience in startup/scaleup environments
  • Managed a program
  • Agile coaching experience is beneficial
About You

Fundamentals:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of standard software tools related to your responsibilities
  • Able to provide teams, colleagues, and customers with context on how software tools enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Promotes agile philosophy and ways of working
Use of Tools and Methods

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Create tools and processes for internal and external reporting
  • Support strategy discussions based on reported data
  • Address issues based on data
  • Ensure project effectiveness (productivity/billability)
Client Management

You will also be responsible for:

  • Identifying business development opportunities
  • Designing and facilitating client workshops
  • Spotting potential issues and minimizing impact through effective management
  • Managing large transformation programs within a client
  • Working with senior stakeholders to define long-term program strategy
Project Team Management (internal)

In addition to client-facing responsibilities, you will also be responsible for:

  • Effectively managing project teams and resolving issues
  • Proactively identifying potential resources
  • Training team members in Scrum methodology
  • Managing multiple teams in large programs or multiple projects
Change Management

You will need to be comfortable with:

  • Ambiguity and rapid change
  • Influencing and driving change
  • Identifying potential risks from changes
  • Mitigating impact and replanning accordingly
  • Improving change processes
Risks and Issues Management
