Daraz, a leading e-commerce platform in South Asia is not our main focus here. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Manager to manage and grow key strategic accounts in the FMCG sector.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our online sales channels and fostering strong relationships with major e-commerce platforms ensuring the visibility and growth of our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major e-commerce accounts
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with key account stakeholders
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for new product listings promotions and marketing initiatives
Account Management:

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key strategic accounts in the FMCG sector. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with key account stakeholders driving business growth through new product listings promotions and marketing initiatives and monitoring and managing overall sales performance for each account.

Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize the potential of each key account
  • Analyze market trends competition and consumer behavior to optimize pricing and promotional strategies
Product Listings & Optimization:
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of product listings ensuring they meet operational requirements and best practices
  • Ensure product content descriptions images SEO keywords is accurate and aligns with brand guidelines

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and their operational processes as well as excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills. They will also be proficient in data analysis and e-commerce tools.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in key account management or e-commerce sales preferably in the FMCG sector
