Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee and improve HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role involves streamlining HR operations, managing employee lifecycle processes, and enhancing the overall efficiency of HR functions, while also handling administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of US federal, state, and local labor laws and HR best practices. Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and payroll software is also essential.

  • Oversee and manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and HR systems.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of US federal, state, and local labor laws and HR best practices.

• Proven experience in HR operations, payroll management, compliance, and HR systems.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
