The Manager HR / Admin is responsible for overseeing and improving HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing HR systems and policies for the USA . Our Client is a leading Telecom Company having more than 300 stores across various states of USA.
Shift:
- Onsite ,Night shift from 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM - CST - USA
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and HR systems.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Manage the employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance team.
- Handle HR systems, databases, and reporting, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Support performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and workforce planning.
- Partner with other HR functions, including talent acquisition, learning & development, and employee relations, to support organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements in HR operations.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Manage administrative tasks such as office maintenance, supplies procurement, and vendor management.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, PHR, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of US federal, state, and local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven USA experience in HR operations, payroll management, compliance, and HR systems.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and payroll software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Administrative management skills and knowledge of office procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in US HR operations within a multinational or large-scale organization.
- Familiarity with process automation and HR analytics tools.
