Quality Management Specialist

As a Certified Quality Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to train and mentor quality engineers in quality management principles.
Your key tasks include:
- Developing training programs on quality management principles and techniques.
- Conducting assessments and audits to identify improvement areas and developing action plans.
- Guiding quality engineers and stakeholders to meet quality standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives.
- Analyzing data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
To succeed, you should have a solid understanding of quality management principles and excellent communication skills.
Job RequirementsCandidates must hold a CQE certification from a recognized body such as ASQ and possess relevant experience in quality or project management.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures aligned with customer requirements.
- Participating in continuous improvement projects to enhance the quality management system.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
